Devvo provides outsourced Business Development Center (BDC) services to automotive dealerships, including but not limited to: inbound and outbound lead management, CRM data mining, appointment setting, lead scoring, AI-powered outreach, and related consulting services. Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are governed by separate service agreements between Devvo and each dealership client.

2. Net Zero Guarantee

Our Net Zero Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the applicable service agreement between Devvo and the dealership client. The guarantee applies only to qualified clients who meet the eligibility criteria specified in their agreement. The guarantee is not a promise of specific results but rather a commitment to our performance-based fee structure as defined in the service agreement.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its systems
• Use any automated means to access, scrape, or collect data from the website
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its servers

4. Intellectual Property

All content on devvo.io — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, software, and proprietary methodologies — is owned by Devvo Automotive or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

5. Client Data and Confidentiality

In the course of providing BDC services, Devvo will access and process data from clients' CRM and DMS systems. All client data remains the property of the dealership client. Devvo will treat all client data as confidential and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the contracted services. Specific data handling obligations are outlined in the applicable service agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Results from our BDC services vary based on numerous factors including market conditions, inventory, dealership operations, and lead quality. Past performance metrics referenced on our website are illustrative and do not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devvo Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devvo Automotive, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the website.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services (including Calendly, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CRM/DMS platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming or the applicable federal court.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Devvo Automotive regarding the use of our website. These Terms do not supersede or modify any executed service agreement between Devvo and a dealership client.
